Neil Morland & Co Housing Consultants is a micro-business committed to promoting digital inclusion. We believe our website should be friendly and usable for everyone, regardless of ability. As a small team, we actively work to ensure our digital presence is accessible and welcoming.
Our Approach & Technical Specifications
Our website is built using Webflow, a modern platform that generates clean, semantic code adhering to contemporary web standards. To ensure our design choices support accessibility, we regularly audit our site using WAVE (Web Accessibility Evaluation Tool) to identify and implement reasonable improvements.
Through these combined tools, we make ongoing, reasonable efforts to align our website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards.
Current Areas of Focus
While our core web pages are designed to be highly accessible, we recognize that as a micro-business with evolving content, some areas may require ongoing refinement.
Specifically, we host a number of downloadable PDF documents. Some of these files (particularly older archives or highly visual layouts) may not yet be fully optimized for screen readers or alternative navigation. We are actively working to ensure that new document uploads are formatted accessibly and, where possible, to present this information directly as text on our Webflow pages.
